POS Systems at the Mall

I have seen that there are a lot more kiosks in the middle of the mall, but instead of one worker at each one that seems to be a little bit bored, there are pos systems instead. Each of these kiosks have touch screen systems that allow customers to come up and find what they want, then purchase it all in one place. It eliminated the need for an employee, and allows for more people to find what they want without the need for the assistance of a paid employee.
