One of the wonderful programs in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the primary program, which is a Sunday School specifically for children under the age of twelve. In this setting, children are taught mormon doctrine from the age of three through simple lessons, activities, and songs. I have very found memories of primary and still remember many of the songs I learned. The most famous primary song is “I Am a Child of God,” which teaches the very important mormon doctrine that each person is a child of our Heavenly Father, which brings us each many blessings.
