Two weeks ago I was in London England on a double-decker bus just checking out the city as I had never been there before. Around noon a fellow sat down next to me and we struck up a conversation. As it turned out we both have tried numerous weight loss products over the years. I noticed that he was in pretty good shape so I asked him how he managed to lose the weight he had lost.
