First only buy the beans which are sealed in nitrogen flushed bags. These would protect the beans from moisture and oxygen. If you don’t find these, then best way to protect them is by keeping them in an air tight container or jar. Squeeze the air out of the container to store the beans. Now place the air sealed container in a dark and cool place instead of a freezer.
