Many Food Choices with the hCG Weight Loss Plan

I must know if I am allowed to eat or if the diet is expecting me to starve myself. I was thrilled to see the details of the hCG weight loss program. A sample meal plan included chicken, meat kabobs, taco salad, and strawberry sorbet. I knew that this was a plan that I could stick with for more than a month or two. The plan is an all around healthy program that includes diet, exercise, and three to six weeks of oral hCG drops to help the body remove those stubborn fat deposits.
