It is easy to follow rules so if people break them they should be banned

For an example the Bebo rules which are set out are easy enough to follow, yet still people break them and expect people not to say anything. I always report anyone who I see breaking the rules as everyone should follow them or it makes things difficult for others. I can’t stand bulling or sarcastic comments to read and don’t see why I have to put up with them. The social networks should ban people who do not adhere to their rules I think.
